What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your package has not been received within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, or if your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement.
To qualify:
• You must notify us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
• Claims must include photo evidence of any damage (if applicable).
• We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to issue a replacement under qualifying circumstances.
